Since 2006, I have been providing modern remedial massage to address physical injuries, aches, and pains, and to assist individuals in navigating the impact of emotional stress on their bodies.
Following additional training, I introduced psychotherapy sessions to offer a compassionate conversational space where individuals can openly explore the mental challenges they face and rediscover the wealth of self-knowledge stored in their bodies.
